Judge Gallant believes that our Gwinnett courtrooms only work well when run with fairness and respect to all parties involved. Whether it be a community member facing a felony indictment or a family in the middle of a tense divorce, Judge Gallant is committed to approaching each case with the fair treatment it deserves. Her goal is to always give resolution to litigants in a timely manner.

Accountability
Judge Gallant knows that accountability does not look the same in every case. That is why she is a firm supporter of Gwinnett’s various treatment courts that help reduce the recidivism rate through intensive outpatient treatment, drug screenings, and court reviews for residents who qualify. Judge Gallant is committed to holding people accountable while also providing them a path to recovery.
